Crunchy green pears, white flowers and freshly blanched almonds with a bright, fresh palate.

Varietal: Nebbiolo Bianco
Alcohol: 13%
Fermentation: Picked in late February at 12.6 Baume. 66% basket pressed to stainless steel. 34% spent 48 hours on skins before pressing and fermented in old oak barriques. Blended two weeks before bottling in August.
