Aromas of jasmine and chamomile tea with layers of generous ripe stone fruit flavours leading to a bright nutty almond marzipan finish.

Varietal: Roussanne
Alcohol: 13%
Fermentation: Picked in early March at 12.7 Baume. Pressed to stainless steel for fermentation. Finished off in old oak barriques. Full malo. Bottled in August.
