Creamy cherry and ripe blueberry aromas balanced by soft supple tannins on the palate.

  • Appellation: Yarra Valley and Nagambie Lakes
  • Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
  • Alcohol: 13.5%
  • Fermentation: On skins small ferment pots, hand plunged and pumped over. Bottled without fining or filtration.
  • Production: 2980 Bottles
